  1. Rinse rice 2-3 times in water and soak it in water for 15 -20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai over medium flame. Add soya chunks and saute for 2-3 minutes turn crisp. Add bay leaf, cloves, turmeric powder, and cumin seed to sizzle.
  3. Add green chili and onion and saute until onion turns transparent.

  8. After 10 minutes turn off the flame and keep it over a hot stove-top for at least 7-8 minutes. Now, remove the lid and fluff the cooked rice with a fork.
  9. Soya bean pulao with vegetables is ready. Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  10. Serve with pickles and curd or as it is, enjoy! 😋
