Now heat the oil in a wok and add cumin seeds.Once the seeds crackle add the grounded onion,ginger,garlic and a spoon of cumin seeds.Saute it till nicely cooked then add chopped tomato.Saute it nicely till cooked.Add chili powder, turmericpowder, coriander powder and salt according to the grounded paste.Saute it till oil oze out.
  3. Add boiled rajma and saute.Add water and tamarind pulp when nicely done.Add bring it to boil till 3 mnts.Add garam masala and chopped coriander.Its ready to serve with chapattis..
