- 1 Green Chilli
Instructions to make to make Dhaba Mutton Curry
- Marinate mutton pieces with yogurt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp salt, mix everything well and keep it aside for about 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and add cloves, cardamoms, bay leaves, garlic, ginger and saute for a few seconds.
- Add chopped onion, green chillies and saute them till they turn golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add in the marinated meat and mix well, cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Add meat masala and salt and mix well.
- Add in the required water and let it cook till meat pieces tender.
- Once it is done, switch off the stove and garnish it with chopped coriander and ginger Julienne, serve hot with steamed rice.
