  1. Wash, grate & squeeze broccoli. (don't throw the water) mashed potato, chopped coriande. In a bowl add all ingredients mix it proper.
  2. Make a tight dough. Now make small balls & fry them on low flame till crisp. Keep aside them.
  3. Chooped roughly onion garlic & tomatoes, roast it add 1 table spoon oil. After 3 to 4 min when it becomes soft, add some nuts.
  4. After cool, grind it & make paste. Now add 2 table spoon oil & again roast it till oil leaves. Add dry spices & malai. (Remember check the quantity of spices because koftas are also salty)
  5. Now add 1.5 cup of water. (Also add broccoli's water) Cover it & boiled on low flame for proper thickness. At last add garam masala kasuri methi & coriander leaves.
