  3. Brown piyaz, bombay masala, dahi ka mix ready karen.
  4. Chicken wash kar k zeera aur darchini dal k fry kar lein.
  5. Mint and coriander leaves me lemon juice and green chilli mix kar lein.
  6. Ab oil me dahi ka mixture dal dein sath me adrak lehsan paste, salt, zeera powder bhi shamil kar k chicken add kar k pakayen yahan tak k chicken gal jaye.
  7. Dusre pateelay me pani garam karen. usme salt and vinegar dal k boil karlen.
  8. Phir usme rice dal k ik kani paka lein.
  9. Rice pani se chaan kar chicken k kormay me layer laga lein.
  10. Upar se food color and kewra water add kar k 15-20 min dam par rakh dein. Baad me achi tarha mix kar k dish out krlen.
